Louise Hay provides insights into her fascinating personal story; and shows how her views on self-esteem, abundance, and the metaphysical causes behind physical ailments were developed. It also reveals how she applied these concepts to her own emotional, spiritual, and professional life.

I found this film covered some of the concepts introduced in The Secret, yet they were nicely delivered in a real, authentic, warm and personable way by Louise and many of the other authors featured. It gave a deeper insight into some of the other important aspects for us to consider in our personal evolution.
