The Lemon Myrtle is a beautiful Australian shrub, whose leaves have been used by Indigenous Australians for a swag of purposes. Sucking on them provided both hydration and a boost of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Lemon Myrtle is high in antioxidants, calcium, vitamin E, zinc, magnesium and lutein. Contains anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties. Anti-oxidants help fight against free radicals that attack our body cells Lutein is good for eye health and may assist in the prevention of macular degeneration. Calcium is good for bones, skin and teeth. Magnesium is needed in every cell of our body, for energy, muscle function, heart health, anxiety relief, and more.
