Wattle seeds are a food source that has been traditionally eaten by many Indigenous Australians, particularly in arid and desert regions, for generations.
Wattleseed can be used as a non-caffein substitute for Coffee. It has a hazelnut, Chocolate and coffee taste and aroma.
This ground Wattleseed is excellent as a hot beverage – especially scrumptious with warm nut milk and cinnamon; or added to coffee, chai or hot chocolate for extra depth and richness.
How to Use:
- As coffee - Latte or long black
- Add in healthy desserts, tarts and baking
- Add to thicken soups and sauces
- Use the brew to make thick shakes, cocktails, soda and smoothies
- Use seeds as facial and body exfoliants
