 - Can I change or update my online order?

Once your order is placed we aren't able to make any changes to the details of the order.

We also cannot change the items or sizes in your order once it is placed, but if you send us an email at customerservice@nibbana.com.au, we may see whether there is still time to cancel the order to allow you to place the order again with the correct details.

- How secure is my credit card and personal information?

Your security while shopping online is very important to us, and we’ve taken all reasonable measures to make sure your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption.

- I have not received an order confirmation email, what should I do?

You should receive an order confirmation email within 5-10 minutes of placing your order online. If you have not got a confirmation or are worried that you may have entered the wrong email, please email us at customerservice@nibbana.com.au. Please by assured that we will try our best to make sure you have the product with you asap!

- My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order hasn't yet arrived the first step would be to check the tracking details for your order. Check how to track on this page

- What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- What payment methods do you accept online?

 You can place your online order using any of the following options:

- Why does the item in my checkout basket now say it is unavailable?

When you add items to your checkout basket it doesn’t mean the item is reserved. The items will be available for anyone to purchase until you have checked out, paid and you order has been confirmed, so on occasions an item can sell out while you are shopping as yoga and wellness products are high in demand and at times we may have limited stock.

If you receive an error stating you cannot checkout due to an item being unavailable, you will need to remove this item from your bag so you can complete your order.
